Today was really hot

I can't really think of anything to write so I'll post a poem that I wrote a long time ago in my journal (yes I keep a journal, I mean what stereotypical teenage girl doesn't?) It was inspired by Lyrics from Dance in the Dark by Lady Gaga.

Silicone,
Saline,
Poison,
Inject Me.
Botox,
Lipo,
Nose Job,
Surgery.
The Evils of Life,
Today and Tomorrow,
Growing older,
Looking Younger,
Everythings so... Fake.

So what do you think? I know it's pretty crappy but it's my first poem that wasn't a haiku or school related so critique/comments are welcome. as are suggestions for a title I couldn't think of one as you can see.
